This set of commonly used Storyboarding tools selects your Brush ready with the colour and size you want AND it deselects, (which is a common step when switching to a brush) ... all in one click. Then you can assign Function hotkeys for your tools with the Actions window to drastically speed up your workflow. (For PS 2018 and on the Actions buttons activate the corresponding Brush Preset. For older versions of PS, the Actions buttons activate the corresponding Tool Preset.)
